Tree Fruit: Transitional organic apples and pears (from our family farm in North Central Washington)

Crops: Once again we have planted organic ginger and quinoa. While most of the ginger and quinoa will be used for our value-added products, limited quantities will be available late this year at selected locations. We have planted the following varieties of organic ginger:
